The Met 2024 gala celebrated the new exhibition of the costume institute, “Bellences to sleep: fashion to wake up” and the official clothing code was “The Time Garden.” The exhibition had approximately 250 rare items extracted from the permanent collection of the costume institute. With more than 400 years of fashion history, the pieces will include designs from Schiaparelli, Dior, Givenchy and more.
