Washington, D.C. The capital of the United States transformed into a vibrant stage of fashion, art, and culture during Global Couture U.S. 2025, an international event that united renowned designers and artists from around the world under one purpose: “Dressed for a Cause in Pink,” supporting Pink Warriors Panamá, a collective of breast cancer survivors whose resilience inspires countless women.

This year’s runway brought together designers from 11 countries, showcasing a rich tapestry of heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary couture:
- Peru(Host Country) – José Miguel Valdivia, With Special Support From H.E. Ambassador Alfredo Ferrero
- Spain – Ágatha Ruiz De La Prada
- Paraguay – Princess Diane Foundation
- Ecuador – Itaya Accessories (Amazonian Craftsmanship)
- Costa Rica – Imperio Colonial (Artisan Collective)
- Panama(Ocú) – Guillermina Montilla (Handmade Traditional Fashion)
- Colombia – María Inés & Mariana Muñoz (Aunt– Niece Design Duo)
- Brazil – Maisa Gouvêa
- Mexico – Alonso Máximo
- Dominican Republic – Cristina Núñez
- Italy – Mila Ancheita
- United States (Houston) – Vianka Mansur

Among the standout talents, Vianka Mansur captivated the audience with a magical princess-inspired collection that transformed the runway into a modern fairytale. Her ethereal silhouettes, structured bodices, and romantic movement became one of the most celebrated moments of the night.
But Global Couture U.S. is far more than a fashion show — it is a cultural experience that honors diversity, tradition, and artistic expression. The evening featured musical performances by cellist Carlos Cello, soprano Yuliana García, tenor Allan Palacios, and musician José Galván, along with a lively Brazilian samba showcase and the iconic Peruvian marinera, adding rhythm, identity, and emotion to the gala.

SPECIAL HONORS AND RECOGNITIONS
Throughout the night, leaders and contributors to the artistic community received distinguished awards:
- Fashionista 2025 – Jan Du Plain
- Star Community Leader Award – Jackie Reyes
- The Honor Of Service Award – Eduardo Perdomo
Art also took center stage with a floral-themed exhibition by visual artist Luis Britto, created in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Year after year, Global Couture U.S. proves it has become a signature cultural event in the nation’s capital — one that fuses fashion, art, and heritage, bringing global creativity to one of the world’s most influential cities.
All funds from the gala will support nonprofit initiatives, including Fundación Pink Warriors Panamá, a group of breast cancer survivors who continue to inspire with their courage and unbreakable hope.
